Your White Lies order is packed with love and shipped out within 2-4 working days. Your order will be shipped from our Bangalore warehouse. We currently ship only in India! We have partnered with some of the leading logistics/courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Blue Dart, Aramex and Delivery to make sure you receive your order in time and in the finest condition.

Delivery Timeline

Your While Lies order will be dispatched within 2-4 working days. Your tracking details will be sent via email upon dispatch. While the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 4-9 days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 4-7 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 6-9 working days.

Shipping Fee

We are happy to offer free shipping in India on cart value of ₹700 or above. Alternately, flat ₹100 will be charged as Shipping fee if the cart value is less than ₹700. This shipping fee is non refundable.

Cancellation Policy

We only accept cancellations within 12 hours from the time that the order is placed. To cancel an order, please contact us by sending us an email at officialwhitelies@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation within 12 hours.
