No, you do not need to have an account to shop on whiteliesofficial.com. Once you place your order you will receive your order confirmation and shipping details on your email id. But we do recommend you to have yourself registered with us to track your order, avail offers, discounts, and promotional store credits.

Order Flow

Once you have selected your favourite product(s), add them to your cart. Then proceed to checkout. Follow checkout process by logging in or registering by entering your shipping details. Then finally complete the payment to place the order. 

Once you’ve placed your order successfully, please check your email for your order confirmation. Check your spam/junk folder if you can’t find the email in your inbox.

My Order

No, there’s no limit. Each order is verified with you via email/telephone in order to ensure your security and confirmation.

If you’ve placed an order by mistake or have changed your mind, you can cancel your order or an item by sending an email to us with your order number within 12 hours. However, if the order has been shipped, the cancellation will not be processed. For more information, you can email us at officialwhitelies@gmail.com.

If a product goes out of stock while adding it to your shopping cart, you will be informed immediately and the merchandise will not get added to the shopping cart.

Payments

We accept Debit and Credit Cards for Visa/MasterCard/AMEX, NetBanking and UPI.

Incase your preferred payment mode is not available, drop us a line at officialwhitelies@gmail.com.

We do not collect or store your credit card information. If you suspect any such thing, then please report this immediately to bank.

Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, banks normally roll it back within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won’t be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

There can be a gateway glitch at times. In such situations, please try again. In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. Shipping

Yes, we deliver all over India.

Currently we ship only in India.

You can change the shipping address before your order is billed or shipped. This could be done by contacting our customer support at officialwhitelies@gmail.com with your order details.

Delivery Time will be around 4-7 working days for METROS & TIER 1 cities, and approx. 6-9 working days for TIER 2/3 cities & Rural regions.

White Lies is associated with the most trusted, reputed, and secure carrier services like DHL, FedEx, UPS, Blue Dart, and more to ensure the orders reach you at the earliest and in the safest condition.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking id on your email and/or text message.

You can then track your item using the tracking id on the carrier service’s website. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Returns & Refunds

White Lies offers an easy 3-day return/ exchange policy. Please reach out to us at officialwhitelies@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and your reason for return/exchange in your request.

First off, our apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to officialwhitelies@gmail.com with 24 hours. Our Customer Support Team will be happy to help resolve it!

Jewellery Care

We hope you truly love your items, and we want nothing more than for them to become staples in your wardrobe! However, fashion jewellery isn’t meant to be worn 24/7.

To keep your pieces sparkly, take off your jewellery before showering, working out, doing dishes, minimise signs of wear, avoid contact with liquids, perfumes, lotions and perspiration as they’ll dull your pieces and cause them to wear quickly. Treat your jewels with love and care, and they’ll keep sparkling for you!

Store your jewellery in a dry place to protect it when not in use.
