RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Exchanges

We want you to feel extremely delighted while using White Lies products. If you’re not a 100% happy with your purchase, we will do our best to exchange it for you. Please reach out to us by emailing us directly at officialwhitelies@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the piece to request an exchange.

Returns

White Lies offers an easy 3-day return policy. If a customer is dissatisfied with the purchased Product received from White Lies, or in the event where there are defects and deficiencies in the Product (attributable to, and accepted by White Lies after due verification), he/she/they may initiate a request for returning the Product by sending us an email to officialwhitelies@gmail.com. The customer shall initiate such requests for a return not later than 3 (three) days from the date on which he/she received the delivery of the Product. This is for the safety of our customers as well as our staff.

Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours of receiving your email.

Return Process Overview

1. Once you’ve decided to return the product(s), please send an email at officialwhitelies@gmail.com with your Order Number, Product details/SKU code and your reason for returning the product(s). Please note all return requests need to be raised within 3 days of product delivery.
2. Our Customer Care team will revert on your Return request email within 24-48 working hours. We will arrange a reverse pick up for the delivered product.
3. Please make sure to pack the return product very safely (in White Lies original packaging box or some strong packaging box) with sealed tapes to prevent any loss or damage to the product during transit. Any product received damaged in transit will not be qualified for refund and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. No Refund Coupon will be issued in such cases. In case a product is received without the original packaging box, we will be deducting an amount of ₹100 from the refund amount.
4. Hand over the parcel to our pick up agent. The returned parcel will take 7 to 10 days to reach our warehouse. We appreciate your patience.
5. Once we receive the returned product(s), a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. If the returned product(s) are all good, then we will initiate your refund within 24-48 working hours of receiving the parcel. You will receive an email with the Coupon code worth your product value minus the return free (₹150)

Please note that the entire process of return, from the day of us receiving your email to you receiving the coupon code may take roughly between 10-15 days.

Refunds

We have a strict No Refund Policy. We do not offer refunds on purchases made on whiteliesofficial.com or with any of our stockists. All purchases are final. You can Exchange a Product with another item, or Return an item for Store Credit/Coupon Codes. 

All return Coupons will be issued only after our Quality team approves receipt of the product and the condition of the product.

All Coupon codes are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed only on www.whiteliesofficial.com.

Please note, in case of exchange and return, our forward and reverse shipping charges of ₹150 will not be reimbursed. Shipping charges for orders below ₹700 will not be reimbursed.

Cancellations

We only accept cancellations within 12 hours from the time that the order is placed. To cancel an order, please contact us by sending us an email at officialwhitelies@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation within 12 hours.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped out.

White Lies reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice to the User.
